Student Success Advising supports and empowers students so they can achieve their educational and social change goals.
Student Success Advising is committed to responding to student inquiries within 24 business hours. Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m.–8 p.m. Eastern time (closed most holidays).

Tech Support
The Customer Care Team provides just-in-time assistance so you can focus on your studies.
This includes basic technical support for the online learning environment, such as access and navigation.

Admissions
The Office of Admissions and its team of Enrollment Specialists provide guidance through each step of the admissions process, from finding the right program to funding your education.

The Office of Academic Support and Instructional Services (OASIS) provides resources, tools, and support for academic and professional skills development in critical reading and thinking, scholarly research, statistics, and academic and professional communication.

Office of the Bursar
The Office of the Bursar assists Walden students with issues related to tuition and fees, including reviewing billing statements and determining payment options.

The Office of Military Services supports and advocates for military students and their families at Walden, and helps students understand their military benefits.
Library Services
The fully digital Walden University Library provides access to electronic books, journals, and databases; supports student research needs; and strengthens information literacy development through personalized support and self-help content.
