Student Success Advising

Student Success Advising supports and empowers students so they can achieve their educational and social change goals.
Student Success Advising is committed to responding to student inquiries within 24 business hours. Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m.–8 p.m. Eastern time (closed most holidays).
Students may reach a Student Success Advisor in a variety of ways:

The Customer Care Team provides just-in-time assistance so you can focus on your studies. This includes basic technical support for the online learning environment, such as access and navigation.
