FAFSA INFORMATION

DISCLOSURES

1. Save up to 15% on all tuition over the lifetime of your degree or certificate program for new students who are a servicemember, a veteran of the U.S. armed forces, or an employee of the Department of Veterans Affairs and start classes in January, February, or March 2023. This tuition reduction is also available if you are a spouse of a servicemember, veteran, or employee of the Department of Veterans Affairs. Tuition reduction applies to the following programs: all Doctoral programs, Master of Business Administration (MBA) - Fast Track, MS in Education – Accelerated, and course-based certificates. Tuition reductions are applicable to tuition only and do not apply toward books, materials, and other supplies or fees needed for a course. This tuition reduction cannot be retroactively applied. May not be combined with other tuition reductions, unless specified in other offer.

2. New students who are referred by Walden alumni can save 15% on tuition over the lifetime of their degree or certificate program when they start classes in January, February, or March 2023. Tuition reductions are applicable to tuition only and do not apply toward books, materials, and other supplies or fees needed for a course. It may not be combined with other tuition reductions, unless specified in other offer. Tuition discount is 5% when combined with Walden’s Believe and Achieve Scholarship for eligible programs.

3. Walden alumni who have completed a degree program can save 25% on tuition over the lifetime of their program when they return for their next degree or certificate program and start classes in January, February, or March 2023. Tuition reductions are applicable to tuition only and do not apply toward books, materials, and other supplies or fees needed for a course. May not be combined with other tuition reductions, unless specified in other offer.

4. Applicants must reside in the U.S. and enroll in Walden’s Graduate Certificate in Criminal Justice, Royal Bahama Police Force Executive Leadership Graduate Certificate, MS Forensic Psychology, PhD Forensic Psychology, PhD Forensic Psychology Fast Track, BS Criminal Justice, MS Criminal Justice, PhD Criminal Justice, PhD Criminal Justice Fast Track, MS Criminal Justice LEM, MS Criminal Justice Tempo, BS Human Services, MS Psychology, MS I/O Psychology, MS Developmental Psychology, MS Human Services, MPA, MS Nonprofit Management + Leadership, PhD I/O Psychology, PhD Psychology, PhD Developmental Psychology, PhD Clinical Psychology, PsyD, DPA, PhD Public Policy, or PhD Human Services program in January, February, March, April, May, or June 2023. Tuition reductions are applicable to tuition only and do not apply toward books, materials, and other supplies or fees needed for a course. This tuition reduction cannot be retroactively applied. 5. Fill out the 2020–2021 FAFSA if you started your program on or after June 1, 2020. Fill out the 2021–2022 FAFSA if you are starting your program on or after May 31, 2021. Please make sure to use 2018 tax and financial information when completing your 2020–2021 FAFSA, and 2019 tax and financial information when completing the 2021–2022 FAFSA. Upon receipt of your FAFSA, the Federal Processing Center will analyze your application and forward a Student Aid Report (SAR) to you and Walden’s Office of Financial Aid within three to five business days. Read the report carefully as it contains important information about your eligibility for aid. If you have any questions while completing the FAFSA, call the Federal Student Aid Information Center at 1-800-433-3243.

6. Save 25% on tuition over the lifetime of your degree program (excluding certificates) if you are the spouse, parent, or child of an enrolled Walden University student and start classes in January, February, March, April, May, or June 2023. Tuition reductions are applicable to tuition only and do not apply toward books, materials, and other supplies or fees needed for a course. May not be combined with other tuition reductions, unless specified in other offer.

7. Students must contact their Enrollment Specialist to learn more or apply. Must be newly reserved students entering their first term at Walden and demonstrate a need or other extenuating life circumstances to be eligible. The criteria for selecting recipients to receive the benefit must demonstrate need or other extenuating life circumstances. Any Office of the President benefit is available on a first come, first serve basis.
