Set up and check your Walden email. This is the primary communication channel between you and Walden. Regularly check your inbox on myWalden (“Academics” page, upper right corner) for important updates from instructors, and about upcoming events, academic support, and more.

Connect With Your Advisor
Schedule an appointment to connect with an advisor. Our Student Success Advisors are well versed on program requirements and can assist you with any questions you may have about courses, program requirements, and policies. They’re also great at connecting you with our many university resources and providing best practices for success.
After accepting an offer of admissions, new students will receive an email from [email protected] with instructions on setting up their Walden student email.
New students should contact their Academic Coach if it has been more than two days since accepting their admission, and an email from [email protected] hasn’t been received.
