How do I get technical support?

The Customer Care Team provides just-in-time tech support so you can focus on your studies. This includes basic technical support for the online learning environment, such as access and navigation. To reach the Customer Care Team, e-mail [email protected] or call 800-925-3368.

What do I do if my student portal isn’t working?

If you are able to access the portal, you can click on the Chat button in the portal or BlackBoard classroom. You can also e-mail [email protected] or call 800-925-3368 for assistance.

How do I reset my application password?

Click on the “I Need Help Logging In” link found on the portal login page, from there you can reset your password.

How do I reset my Walden portal password?

You can reset your password by selecting the “Go to Password Reset” link on the student portal login page. If you continue to have problems, you can contact the Customer Care Team at any time by e-mailing [email protected] or calling 800-925-3368.

How do I use Kaltura?

Kaltura is a video submission program found within many Blackboard courses. Kaltura resources vary from PDFs to how-to videos. You can find more information and helpful tips for use here.

How do I use the MyWalden student portal?

You can set up an appointment with the Customer Care Team to go over basic portal navigation by clicking “Help,” then “Schedule an Appointment,” then choosing the “CCT Tech” option within the student portal. You can also e-mail [email protected] or call 800-925-3368 for further assistance.

How do you copy and paste in MS Office on a PC/Mac?

For PC user: To copy, press and hold the Control (Ctrl) key then press C. To paste, press and hold the Control (Ctrl) key and press V. For Mac users: Press and hold the Command key, then press C to copy. To paste, press and hold the Command key and press V.

I haven’t received my Walden email address, who should I contact?

First, contact your Enrollment Specialist to confirm that you accepted your offer. Then, contact the Walden Customer Care Team, who will escalate your request.

What are the technology requirements to be successful?

What do I do if I am missing a class in my student portal?

Contact your Enrollment Specialist or Student Success Advisor.

What type of device should I use?

We recommend that you use a laptop computer to complete your coursework in the online classroom. If you have a supported mobile or tablet device in addition to your laptop, you may also download the Blackboard app, which allows you to complete select portions of your coursework while on the go. Where do I login?

You can log in by going directly to and selecting “Student Login” at top of the home page, or by saving the portal login webpage link.
