Walden Fireside Chat with Dr. Raghu Korrapati

Dr. Ward Ulmer, president of Walden University, sat down with Dr. Raghu Korrapati, senior core faculty in Walden's PhD in Management program, to discuss the value of lifelong learning, connecting with and mentoring doctoral students, being a scholar-practitioner, and more.

For nearly 21 years, Dr. Korrapati’s contributions to the Walden community have changed the lives of doctoral students — including Dr. Ulmer, whom he referred to Walden to finish his first doctorate.

A scholar-practitioner, Dr. Korrapati has served as the Commissioner for Higher Education in South Carolina, is the author of more than 20 books and is a 2020 Fulbright Scholar. He has also held senior executive roles solving business challenges in information technology and financial services.
