Dr. Warren P. Lesser's formal training is in business management with specialty areas including marketing and entrepreneurship, mostly in health care. In his business and entrepreneurial career of 40 years, Dr. Lesser worked for large firms such as Boots and Campbell's, and successfully started/harvested such firms as SpectraCare (home health/I.V. infusion pharmacy), SpectraBrace (orthopedic brace services), and Paradigm HealthCare Solutions (ICD-9 services), and is presently the President/CEO of MAGNA Pharmaceuticals. Other business ownership experience includes restaurant, patio home development, and conveyor car washes.
Social contributions include various church activities for the benefit of the community including widows care with Man Challenge at Southeast Christian Church in Louisville, KY. Dr. Lesser served for 6 years as president and board member with the East Louisville Chamber of Commerce and has served on the Board of Directors for Specialty Pharma Association. At Walden University, he has been an adjunct faculty member since 2016 and teaches DBA 9000 mentoring courses, Seminar in Healthcare Management, and DBAX courses.
