Dr. Timothy Gandee is a core faculty member at Walden University in the MBA and MS Leadership programs. Dr. Gandee received his Doctor of Business Administration in business strategy and innovation from Capella University. He received a Master Business Administration from Davenport University. He has over 30 years of corporate experience, with the last 20 years at the upper management and executive levels for a large global tier-one automotive supplier, serving in various areas, such as: engineering, quality, operations, and regulatory compliance. He also holds two U.S. patents pertaining to automotive safety restraints. Dr. Gandee is a published author of several academic papers, and a textbook on quality management. His research interests are in areas of business strategy, business planning, leadership and organizational development, and sustainable innovations.
