Tiffany Wells
Dr. Tiffany Wells is a native of Jacksonville Florida, she holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Sociology from Jacksonville University; Masters of Science with a concentration in Social and Community Services; and a PhD in Human Services Multidisciplinary Studies. Dr. Wells, dissertation research was a qualitative phenomenology study regarding child welfare burnout. Her dissertation is titled “The Experiences of Child Welfare Professionals and Their Subsequent Departure from the Field.
Dr. Wells, passion is child welfare as she has firsthand experience being employed as a CPI with the Department of Children and Families, Family Service Counselor with Jewish Families and Community Services, Quality Management Specialist with Family Support Services of North Florida, and being a member of Critical Incident Rapid Response Team (CIRRT) completing several deployments.
She is currently a Program Manager with a large Public School in which she oversees a grant with the CDC that covers data collection for the Youth Risk Behavior Survey for all priority schools, and the development of Sexual Health Education, Sexual Health Services, and Safe and Supportive Environments for LGBTQ+ students.
