Dr. Theresa Neal holds a PhD from Capella University, an MS and a BS from John Brown University. Her research interests are in the areas organizational leadership and management to include small business, nonprofits, and public sector; employee retention; volunteer retention; small business sustainability; business ethics; and strategic management Dr. Neal was a contributing faculty member at Walden University 2012-2025; core faculty member 2025-present.
