Dr. Battle is a counselor educator who has experience in rehabilitation, vocational, and clinical mental health counseling. Dr. Battle’s educational background reflect degrees in Psychology (BA), Rehabilitation Counseling (MS), and Rehabilitation Counseling and Counselor Education (Ph.D.). Dr. Battle is a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC), and Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate (LCMHC-A) in the state of North Carolina. Her research agenda includes studying vocational efforts among underrepresented populations and the enhancement of counseling skills among counselors-in-training and practicing professionals.
