Dr. Teresa Lao has a Ph.D. in Curriculum and Instruction with a specialization in Learning Technologies from New Mexico State University. She has a Masters in Public Relations with a minor in Journalism from Ball State University. Dr. Lao also holds an Executive Juris Doctorate (law degree) from Concord Law School of Purdue University. Dr. Lao also as a Graduate Certificate in Project Management from Walden University.
