Dr. Harper earned her Master's in Social Work with a specialization in Mental Health from Virginia Commonwealth University in 1989. She earned her LCSW in Virginia in 2003 and Tennessee in 2004. She graduated from Arizona State University with a Doctor of Behavioral Health Degree from the College of Health Solutions in 2013. Dr. Harper has approximately 28 years of clinical social work experience as well as 9 years in academics at both the undergraduate and graduate levels.
