Dr. Tamara Harris is a Licensed Professional Counselor who specialize in working with children, adolescents and adults. Dr. Harris is also a Sport Psychology Consultant who specializes in performance enhancement. She works with athletes to help them overcome obstacles and mental blocks preventing them from reaching their peak performance.

Dr. Harris an active member of the American Counseling Association and Texas Counseling Association. She is also a member of the Association of Applied Sport Psychology and Division 47: Society for Sport, Exercise and Performance Psychology.

Dr. Harris has a true passion for helping others discover their own unique strengths and abilities for the becoming the BEST version of themselves.
