Tabitha Perrigo
Dr. Tabitha Perrigo received her Doctor of Nursing Practice with a concentration of Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner at the University of South Alabama in July 2014. She is a part-time faculty member in the College of Nursing at Waldon University and has served in the role since March 2018. Dr. Perrigo has taught NUNP-6640/6635, PRAC-6640/6635. and NUR-6670. She has taught Introduction to Psychology and Human Growth and Development at other colleges. Dr. Perrigo has worked as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner since 2004 in the community mental health setting. She provided psychiatric medication monitoring to individuals with serious mental illnesses. Dr. Perrigo has mentored Doctor of Nursing Practice students and served as a committee member for Doctor of Behavioral Health students. She has published research and provided professional developmental education to healthcare workers.
