Susan Schnorr

Susan has a M.S. degree in Instructional Technology from the Rochester Institute of Technology.

She began teaching at Walden University in 2011, and teaches in the Instructional Design and Technology (IDT) program. She is a Lead Faculty member in the IDT program. She has also taught in the Executive MBA program at St. John Fisher College in Rochester, NY.

Susan also works in the Center for Faculty Excellence as an instructor in the New Faculty Orientation. She serves as the Lead Faculty member for that program. She is also the Lead Faculty Mentor, supporting Lead Faculty members throughout the university.

Susan is the President of Training Insights, a consultant firm specializing in instructional design. She works with Fortune 100 companies, designing and delivering corporate training programs.
