Dr. Stephanie Moore is an LPCC-S in the state of Ohio, and she has been in the counseling field since 2012 when she finished her MSEd. at Youngstown State University. She completed her PhD in Counselor Education and Supervision at Walden University in 2021 and has been enjoying stepping into her teaching and supervision roles more fully since that time. Her clinical experience includes community mental health, crisis counseling, in-home family counseling, marriage and family counseling, LGBT+ specific counseling, and addictions counseling. Additionally, she has contributed reflections to several textbooks and workbooks, presented at local, state-level, and national conferences, and some of her work with the LGBT+ population has been published. She currently provides telehealth counseling services to a variety of clients throughout the state of Ohio in addition to teaching and supervising for Walden. She is passionate about client care and counselor development, and she is looking forward to sharing that passion with you as you begin your journey in counselor education.
