Dr. Krishnamoorthy began her educational journey and earned a Bachelor's in Anthropology and Molecular Biology from the University of Colorado at Boulder. She went on to earn a Master's in Public Health and a Master’s in Business Administration from Drexel University in Philadelphia. As a lifelong learner, Dr. Krishnamoorthy continued her schooling and earned a Doctorate in Public Health, Master's in Instructional Design, and Post-Graduate Certificate in Curriculum Assessment from Walden University. She spent a large part of her career with the Drexel University College of Medicine, where she served as a Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES). She also secured grant funding for a program to increase breast cancer awareness and access to screening and treatment for undocumented women. She has since transitioned into online course development and instruction and has served as a contributing faculty member at Walden University since 2007. She is currently the Program Coordinator for the MPH and DrPH programs in the College of Health Sciences and Public Policy (CHSPP).
