In addition to instructing for Walden University, I am a full-time Business Technology Management instructor for a Native American Community College. Previously I instructed Business and Technology courses for Northern Arizona University. My business technology career began right out of college by developing and sustaining a profitable computer sales and service business. Most of my career has been in technology management that began with specialization in email, and then more significant challenges to include global IT infrastructure project management, IT operations management, data analytics, global governance and quality management. Overall, I can share 25 years of professional experience working for some of the most prominent high technology organizations in the world: Hitachi Data Systems, Siemens Business Services, Western Digital, and Computer Science Corporation.

Dr. Greer instructs business, project, technology, and quality management courses while simultaneously leading multiple high-level research projects.
