Dr. Robert (Rob) Arroyo is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of South Carolina. He earned his baccalaureate degree in management, holds a Master of Social Work with a concentration in mental health and Doctor of Social Work with a specialty in clinical expertise. His range in clinical experience includes health, behavioral, substance recovery, child, family, marriage, forensic, and bilingual services to populations with Limited English Proficiency and the general community.

Dr. Arroyo is an experienced educator at the undergraduate and graduate levels. His academic research explored dynamics affecting the systematic delivery of bilingual care to LEP individuals in forensic settings. He holds active memberships with the National Association of Social Workers (NSAW), Clinical Social Work Association (CSWA), and the National Association for Alcoholism and Drug Abuse Counselors (NAADAC).
