Rob has been teaching in higher education in undergraduate and graduate since 2005 in both online and traditional classroom environments. His 17 years of leadership and management experience, primarily in non-profits have enabled him to effectively consult with nonprofit leaders to identify and catalyze growth opportunities. Rob has a PhD in Organization and Management, a Masters of Business Administration with an emphasis in Entrepreneurship, and is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
Rob's dissertation focused on transformational leadership and its correlation with employee engagement and organizational commitment, which can be downloaded from the publications link below. His research efforts now are focused on servant leadership in non-profit organizations.
