Dr. Phil Farmer holds a Ph.D. in clinical social work research, an MSSW in clinical social work, and a MSHE in higher education administration. He has been teaching for almost twenty years and practicing social work for 42. He is a national HIV/AIDS educator and a department chair and professor at a HBCU in Texas.
