Dr. Phil Farmer holds a Ph.D. in clinical social work research, an MSSW in clinical social work, and a MSHE in higher education administration. He has been teaching for almost thirty years and practicing social work for 49. He is a national HIV/AIDS educator and has been a department chair and Dear at a HBCU in Texas.
