In the EdD Early Childhood Education specialization, you’ll build skills and progress toward your final capstone project in every course.

In general, students are continuously registered in the dissertation/doctoral study course until they complete their capstone project and it is approved. This usually takes longer than the minimum required terms in the dissertation/doctoral study course shell.
To complete a doctoral dissertation, students must obtain the academic approval of several independent evaluators including their committee, the University Research Reviewer, and the Institutional Review Board; pass the Form and Style Review; gain approval at the oral defense stage; and gain final approval by the Chief Academic Officer. Dr. Moore is an educator, entrepreneur, and inspiring Philanthropist.
Dr. Moore is a graduate of Walden University with a Ph.D. in Public Policy and Administration with a concentration in Nonprofit Management and Leadership. In addition, Dr. Moore holds a Master's in Social Work from the Silberman School of Social Work at Hunter College and a Master of Science in Urban Affairs from Hunter College. She served 25 years working in Child Welfare with The Administration for Children's Services in New York City, mentored by many successful and top government officials in NYC.
Dr. Moore is also a program director for at-risk youth with a nonprofit organization and an adjunct Professor teaching three different graduate levels of education.
Dr. Moore is an adjunct professor for bachelor's students in (BSW) in social work.
Dr. Moore is an adjunct professor for master's students (MSW) in social work.
Dr. Moore is a committee chair for students in (Ph.D.) in Social Work and Doctoral of Social Work (DSW) candidates.
Amid the pandemic, Dr. Paula Moore formed "Education is Bling the Moore the Blingyer" in November 2021. "The Moore The Blingyer Llc" was filed with the State of New Jersey and received the Certificate of Formation in 2022. The website for Education is Bling the Moore the Blingyer is www.educationisbling.com. Education is Bling the Moore the Blingyer impacts social change by inspiring youth to pursue their educational goals and develop their skills to be successful entrepreneurs. The mission is to sponsor events supporting education, youth, family, and the community. The purpose is to inspire others to pursue an education, develop their entrepreneurial skills, and ultimately achieve their goals and success in life. The goal is to support youth, families, and the community by linking resources, scholarships, and educational services.
