Dr. Ouida McAfee is a Higher Education Executive. She has served as an administrator and facilitator for undergraduate and graduate programs. As well, she has significant experience in development and implementation of student-focused services, instructional design and analytics.

Dr. McAfee has ensured that multicultural environments were supported with initiatives developed and executed to realize the mission and vision of organizations through detailed, strategic planning and focus. In addition, she has a BS from Arkansas State University in Public Relations Journalism, a MS from LeMoyne-Owen College in Education, and a PhD from Capella University in Organization and Management.
