Olivia Creary

Hi, my name is Dr. Creary. I am originally from Jamaica West Indies, however my family migrated to the United States by way of New York during my teenage years. I currently reside in the state of Florida. I earned both my bachelor’s and master’s degrees at NYU (New York University) where my concentration involved clinical development and human behavior. My doctoral degree was earned at Capella University again majoring in mental health and counseling studies. My career as a License Clinical Social Worker began in 2008 and my role as a Certified Clinical Supervisor began in 2012. I have been involved in the field of Social Work for the past 26 years and within that time I have worked within the clinical arena, specifically working with the micro and mezzo populations. I am fascinated with the idea of understanding and working within mental health as it relates to human development. Currently I am studying the modality of Filial Therapy as it relates to parenting and family development.
