Dr. Nkenge Pruden is a Forensic Psychologist who works as a Workplace Violence Prevention Program Analyst. As a program analyst she promotes the safety, security, and productivity of all agency personnel. Dr. Pruden applies professional judgment to conduct assessments analyzing workplace violence to mitigate behavioral risk. She provides technical advice addressing behaviors of concern and conducts training agency-wide increasing employee awareness. Additionally, she serves on multi-disciplinary teams, facilitating Situational Advisory Team meetings to review, assess, and respond to workplace violence incidents. She is an active Association of Threat Assessment Professionals (ATAP) member and 1 of 3 Master National Threat and Evaluation Reporting (NTER) trainers in her agency.
Dr. Pruden is a retired U.S. Air Force veteran with over 22 years of experience. She managed the Sexual Assault Prevention and Response (SAPR) program within Air Force basic military training as one of the first civilian instructors.
