In the EdD Early Childhood Education specialization, you’ll build skills and progress toward your final capstone project in every course.

In general, students are continuously registered in the dissertation/doctoral study course until they complete their capstone project and it is approved. This usually takes longer than the minimum required terms in the dissertation/doctoral study course shell.
To complete a doctoral dissertation, students must obtain the academic approval of several independent evaluators including their committee, the University Research Reviewer, and the Institutional Review Board; pass the Form and Style Review; gain approval at the oral defense stage; and gain final approval by the Chief Academic Officer. Dr. Abou-Robieh has been a faculty member at Walden since 2009. He brings 16 years of professional management and business experience to his position in the DBA program. A former tenured professor at Potomac College, Schiller International University, and Argosy University. He has taught undergraduate and graduate classes in Management Information Systems, and International Business. Dr. Abou-Robieh published his dissertation about E-banking security perceptions and customer satisfaction issues.
Dr. Abou-Robieh enjoys reading, traveling, music, and NBA sport. Also volunteers at Habitat for Humanity and at beaches of Longboat key.
