Dr. Dukic earned a Master's of Science degree in Professional Counseling in 2010 and a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Counselor Education and Supervision in 2017. Dr. Dukic has been teaching in higher education for 12 years. The last nine years, she has taught both in master's and doctoral level counseling programs. Dr. Dukic is licensed as a professional clinical mental health counselor in Tennessee and she has been counseling in private practice since 2011.

Dr. Dukic is active with professional organizations such as the American Counseling Association and the Association for Counselor Education and Supervision.

Her favorite past-time is spending time with her two dogs; Arya and Sansa, her cat, Gracie, and her grown children and grandchild, and anything in nature; camping, hiking, snow skiing, etc.
