Dr. Michelle T. Ross's background includes 20 years in the corporate world, including a role as Vice President of a Fortune 100 company. She has earned a MBA and doctorate in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. She owned and operated a consulting firm for several years focused on organizational change and assessment, executive coaching, and personnel evaluation.
