Dr. Fry is an accomplished professional with significant contributions in clinical counseling, academia, and organizational psychology. Starting in 2024, Dr. Fry has served as a contributing faculty member at Walden University in their Behavioral Health Leadership Doctoral Program.
Dr. Fry's dedication to education spans over two decades, having commenced her career as a teacher in 1997. She expanded into higher education at Clarks Summit University teaching in the Master's level Counseling Program and then became Associate Professor at Notre Dame College starting in 2017 in their Psychology Program. Through her teaching, Dr. Fry has inspired countless students to explore and research various areas of psychology, fostering a passion for learning among her students. From 2011-2015, Dr. Fry was dedicated to Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM) initiatives with entrepreneurialism within Northeast Ohio through FLL Robotics and the Young Innovator’s Society. She continues to have an interest in research in the areas of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Human-Robot Interaction, and Human-Robot Integration (HRI H+) within Brain-Computer Interfacing (BCI) through a post-phenomenological lens. In the Spring of 2025, Dr. Fry will be teaching psychology courses at John Carroll University that will be part of their new AI minor program.

At present, she is the owner of Revitalization Counseling. Revitalization Counseling is a private practice in Chagrin Falls, Ohio that services the mental health needs and life or work challenges of the area. With a specialization in Industrial Organizational Psychology, Dr. Fry is equipped to help area companies develop their leadership skills for maximum employee satisfaction.
