Dr. Mendi Davis has worked in education since 2007 and in higher education since 2015. Dr. Davis possess an Ed.D. in organizational leadership with an emphasis in instructional leadership. Her areas of interest include self-efficacy. school culture, distributed leadership, as well as, the use of mindfulness practices. and perceived stress.
Dr. Davis has mentored dissertation students since 2015 and her current role at Walden University is contributing faculty adjunct instructor - Dissertation Committee Methodologist within the College of Education.
