I am a community policing and Organizational Management expert with 25+ years of experience in law enforcement as an administrator and trainer. I enjoyed a twenty-five-year career as a law enforcement officer, manager, and administrator in the Nation’s Capital. I served as the college's Executive Director of Public Safety and Security. I have held numerous leadership positions in law enforcement, homeland security, and higher education.

I have been teaching and training in some form or the other for over twenty-five years. I have taught leadership, management, ethics, business, criminal justice, and computer forensics (NCIS type) courses. I was a gubernatorial appointee on the Maryland Handgun Roster Board from 2017 to 2019.
I previously taught Homeland Security, emergency management, and business ethics at several different educational institutions. When I am not teaching, I travel around the country as a Consultant, training police and firefighters in management, leadership, and ethics. I am committed to lifelong learning.
