Mary Barbara Trube, Ed.D. is a contributing faculty member and dissertation mentor at Walden University in the College of Education and Human Sciences. She is professor emerita of education at Ohio University and co-founder of Platonium Mentoring and Coaching Consultants. Dr. Trube also works as an editorial consultant for The Mentoring Institute at The University of New Mexico and contributing adjunct faculty at Florida SouthWestern State College and Ohio University in the United States. She has been an academic contributor to the China, Canada, United States English Immersion (CCUEI) Research Collaborative since 2000 in the PRC. Dr. Trube's experiences in the field of education include the following: a special educator, early childhood curriculum specialist, and elementary school administrator; higher education faculty, early childhood program coordinator, and assistant dean for academic engagement and outreach in a research-active college of education. She has numerous national and internal presentations and publications, including co-author of two books on mentoring.
