I am an internationally known workplace bullying expert, coach and consultant. As a social change agent, I lobby for anti-bullying legislation in the US and Canada. I am the author of three books titled, In Darkness Light Dawns: Exposing Workplace Bullying, Hope for a Healthy Workplace: Introducing Philanthropian Leadership, and A Hermeneutic Phenomenological Study of Philanthropian Leadership.

I have several years of experience in management in the automotive and medical manufacturing industries. I have presented my research on workplace bullying at academic and professional conferences and have been a guest on tv and radio shows in Canada, China, and the United States.
