Dr. Lisa Barrow an internationally known workplace bullying expert, coach and consultant. As a social change agent, she lobbies for anti-bullying legislation in the US and Canada. Dr. Barrow the author of three books titled, In Darkness Light Dawns: Exposing Workplace Bullying, Hope for a Healthy Workplace: Introducing Philanthropian Leadership, and A Hermeneutic Phenomenological Study of Philanthropian Leadership.

Dr. Barrow has several years of experience in management in the automotive and medical manufacturing industries. She has presented her research on workplace bullying at academic and professional conferences and have been a guest on tv and radio shows in Canada, China, and the United States.

Dr. Barrow's field of study is leadership. She has been teaching at the university level for sixteen years. Dr. Barrow has been mentoring and teaching at Walden for four years.
