Dr. Grimes has been a counselor educator for eleven years and currently also works as a certified school counselor. Prior to entering higher education where she served at a brick and mortar university as a tenured associate professor, she was a school counselor for ten years and served at the elementary, middle, and high school levels. Dr. Grimes holds licensure as an LPC and is credentialed as a Certified Professional Counselor Supervisor.
