Dr. LaTacia Ruff (pronounced LaTasha) is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor-Supervisor (LCMHC-S) in North Carolina. She is trained in the following therapeutic modalities: Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT); Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR); Motivational Interviewing; and Person-Centered Thinking. She is also a certified Mental Health First Aid Instructor. She has worked providing mental health and other supportive services for outpatient treatment facilities, community mental health agencies, post-secondary institutions, jails, and K-12 settings, and has provided home-based therapy as well.

Dr. Ruff earned a PhD in Counseling Education and Supervision and has taught collegiate courses since 2017.
