Dr. Dailey just recently retired from over twenty years serving in various capacities within the nonprofit sector. She earned her undergraduate degree in 1991 from University of South Florida, Masters degree in 1997 from Troy State University and in 2008 obtained her PhD in Business Administration with a specialization in Public Administration from Northcentral University.
