Kim Kick
Dr. Kimberly A. Kick holds a PhD in Psychology and Master's in Social Work. She is a licensed clinical social worker in Illinois. Dr. Kick serves as the MSW Program Coordinator and Core Faculty in the Barbara Solomon School of Social Work and Human Services at Walden University. She has clinical experience spanning over 23 years. Dr. Kick presents at seminars and conferences throughout the country on topics ranging from military culture and customs, trauma, dealing with conflict, divorce, and issues related to integrating families and communities in a healthy manner. Dr. Kick is a published author and has been featured in articles, blogs, television interviews, and radio shows discussing the importance understanding military culture and ways to support service members, veterans, and their families.
