Kathy West-Gerena
Dr. West has worked in the mental health field for over 30 years. She specializes in community mental health and has had the privilege to work with the developmentally disabled as well as with adults suffering from chronic mental disabilities. She is an expert witness in the state of Florida in the environment of incompetence to proceed.
