Dr. Kathrin Hohenstern is a Master Trainer Consultant at the Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation. She brings over two decades of clinical and academic experience, including 16 years serving Veterans in suicide prevention and co-occurring disorders care. Dr. Hohenstern is certified in multiple evidence-based practices and skilled in Motivational Interviewing and Dialectical Behavior Therapy. She earned her MSW from the University of Kansas and her PhD in Social Work from Walden University, specializing in disaster, crisis, and intervention.
