Dr. Dulin's formal education is as family nurse practitioner and women's health nurse practitioner as well as nursing administration. She has served as program director for Master of Science in Nursing program at Spalding University, Louisville, Kentucky, and was assistant professor at University of Cincinnati, Cincinnati, Ohio, from 2000-2003. She has been a nurse practitioner since 1996 and worked extensively in women's health and primary care. She worked for 17 years for the Veteran's Administration at a military treatment facility where she had many international patients.
