Judy Blando
Dr. Judy Blando worked at Boeing’s International Defense Systems (and previously Rockwell) for more than 23 years as a Quality Specialist Program Manager on the B-1 Bomber program. Also, she has worked on the C-17, Delta rockets, Space Shuttle, GBI (Ground-Based Interceptor) and GPS satellite programs. She now teaches full time.
Dr. Blando has two Bachelors, one in Business Administration and another in Business Management from the University of Phoenix (UOPX) and a Masters degree in Organizational Management from UOPX Online. She earned a Doctor of Management in Organizational Leadership from UOPX Online. Her dissertation topic was Workplace Bullying: Aggressive Behavior and its Effect on Job Satisfaction and Productivity. Her dissertation is published on ProQuest. Dr. Blando is also published in The Refractive Thinker series. She has two auditing certificates, a Six Sigma Black Belt certificate, and completed a Project Management Certificate. Dr. Blando has taught and mentored in the online, doctoral-level environment for more than 10 years.
