Dr. Jennifer Mudek completed Walden University's DBA program in 2016. Her doctoral study topic was effective employee absenteeism reduction strategies. Prior to that, she completed Walden’s MBA program. Dr. Mudek considers herself a lifelong learner and continues to pursue additional education and research opportunities. She earned an MHRM certificate in 2021. She has been teaching since January 2016. Dr. Mudek teaches students throughout their program at Walden in both the course-based BSBA and MHRM, and the Tempo BSBA and MHRM. She enjoys working with new or returning students and preparing students for success in their degree programs. Dr. Mudek is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and the Golden Key International Honor Society.
