Janaya Evenson

Janaya is a certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP) who completed her Masters of Science in Nursing (MSN) through Walden University. She has been teaching for about a year and practicing as a PMHNP for two years. She has experience as a nurse in mental health working on a child and adolescent behavioral health unit for about 5 years. As a PMHNP she worked in a split role between a 12-bed inpatient mental health unit in the mornings and then an all ages outpatient clinic in the afternoons. She is currently working as a clinical instructor for Walden and is a partner of a private practice in Minnesota.
