Jaime Burcham has a bachelor from Stetson University in Humanities and a Master's degree from Tiffin University in Humanities and English. She earned a PhD in Educational Leadership with a specialization in Higher Education from Northwest Nazarene University. She worked as Administrative Director at Lee County Alliance for the Arts a non-profit institution. She has taught at the university level for ten years both in person and online in the arts and humanities. Her dissertation and publications have been in the fields of education specifically professional development and adjunct professors.
