Jacqueline Olson earned an Ed.D. in Education Administration and Supervision from Arizona State University. She has 28 years of experience in education focusing on curriculum and assessment and has taught a variety of higher education courses in education, leadership, research, and business. Since 2018, she has worked as the Director of Assessment for the College of Management and Technology at Walden University and teaches in the Bachelor of Science Business Administration program. She is passionate about working with adult online students and helping them be successful in their academic careers. She enjoys spending time outdoors hiking and gardening, as well as playing with her dogs.
