Holly Duckworth, Ph.D. retired as Chief Learning Officer for Kaiser Aluminum. She is a founding partner of Sherpa, Inc: A Benefit Company, a leading provider of training and education on sustainability and social responsibility performance improvement. Holly has advanced the Continual Improvement for Social Responsibility, or CISR (pronounced like “scissor”), space with her books: “Social Responsibility: Failure Mode Effects and Analysis”, and “A Six Sigma Approach to Sustainability: Continual Improvement for Social Responsibility”. And she is co-author of the children’s book series: Parables for Prosperity.
