Dr. Pederson has worked at Walden University since 2014. She has served as full-time faculty and is currently the Program Director of Research and Residencies for the School of Education and Professional Licensure. Dr. Pederson serves on a variety of University committees, and serves as chair and methodologist for PhD and EdD dissertations.
