Dr. Bansal received her PhD in International Psychology with a specialization in Organizations & Systems in October 2023 from The Chicago School (formerly called The Chicago School of Professional Psychology). She is a Contributing Faculty in Psy.D. program in Behavioral Health Leadership at Walden University. She has a master’s in health administration from the University of Scranton and is a licensed Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) in Florida, Pennsylvania, Ohio, and Michigan. She was a physician in India and her medical education from India is equivalent to Doctor of Medicine as per the World Education Services credentialing report. She recently published her dissertation on long-term care employee engagement that integrated international psychology, organizational psychology, and health administration lenses. She has 6 years of experience as a higher education faculty and 3 years in healthcare administration. She has a background in higher education, healthcare administration, and international psychology. She is teaching “General Psychology” courses at a community college and has taught "Administrative Residency", "Internship in Health Administration", "Long-Term Care Administration", "Health Care Capstone", "Principles of Health Care Administration", "Health Policy Analyses", and Health "Economics courses" in health administration at other Universities.
