Gregory Koehle

Dr. Koehle has worked across the criminal justice system with experience in corrections, policing, and the judiciary. He began his career in corrections, where he served for one year, and then worked as a police officer for 12 years. During his law enforcement career, he held a variety of positions, including uniformed patrol officer, school resource officer, drug task force officer, and crime prevention officer. Since 2022, Dr. Koehle has served as a district judge. Dr. Koehle has been teaching since 2005. He holds a PhD in Criminology, a Master of Science in Criminal Justice, and a Bachelor of Science in Administration of Justice. Dr. Koehle has also conducted research on a wide range of criminal justice issues.
