Glenn Starks
GLENN L. STARKS holds a doctorate in Public Policy and Administration from Virginia Commonwealth University’s L. Douglas Wilder School of Government and Public Affairs. He has almost thirty years of experience working for the United States government and has written extensively on public administration and American politics, including two recent books on the history of the United States government. He has also taught graduate courses in public administration and policy at several universities. He has taught at Walden University since 2014, teaching graduate courses in Public Policy and Administration as well as Public Budgeting.
